All of our apparel is made to order after a purchase is placed. You can expect your package to arrive within 5-7 business days with standard shipping, and within 2-4 business days with priority/expedited shipping.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you that we have received your returned package and that your refund has been either approved or denied. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING FUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after a reasonable amount of days have passed, please make sure to double check your bank account again before proceeding. If the payment still appears to be missing, contact your credit card company and/or your bank for more information. Processing time can fluctuate and some refunds can take some time before they are officially posted. DOMESTIC ONLINE EXCHANGES
If an exchange is approved, 500 LEVEL will cover the cost to ship the package back to you.
INTERNATIONAL ONLINE EXCHANGES
International orders are not eligible for free exchanges. In these instances, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to have the exchanged item returned to you.
GIFTS (if applicable)
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will then be notified about your return.
